SBMF competition moving to annual call

The Office of the Vice-President (Research) would like to advise of upcoming changes to the Vice-President (Research)’s Seed, Bridge and Multidisciplinary Fund. The fund was a product of Memorial’s Strategic Research Intensity Plan 2014-2020. The opportunity offers significant benefits to our academic members. After the May 2025 competition, the fund will move from a bi-annual funding opportunity to an annual opportunity. Discussions are underway to determine the most optimal timing for a once yearly competition. Further updates will be communicated to the academic units for dissemination among your researchers.
