Polar Knowledge NSTP: new submission process for graduate students

Please note that there are new, internal submission procedures for graduate students and a different process for undergraduate students for this year's Polar Knolwedge Northern Scientific Training Program opporuntity.

New this year is that grad students must submit for internal review and approvals via Memorial's Researcher Portal, and undergrad students continue to submit via email, by HSS's deadline of Oct. 20.
