About the Faculty Innovation Fellows Program (FIFP) FIFP is designed for faculty and post-secondary senior researchers who want to translate world-class research into real-world applications. Grounded in research on science-based innovation, the program equips participants with the skills, mindset, and national networks needed to move from invention to innovation across health, clean energy, sustainability, and other STEM fields.
