Deadlines extended because of Memorial closure

Given the closure of Memorial University, several offices are extending eadlines pertaining to research grants or awards, including:

1. HSS Dean’s Awards: The original deadline to receive nominations for this year’s Dean’s Awards was February 3rd, 2020.  The new deadline for the Dean’s Office to receive nominations is Monday, February 10th, 2020.

2. Peter Cashin Prize: The original deadline to submit nominations for the Peter Cashin prize was January 31st, 2020. The new deadline to submit nominations is Wednesday, February 5th, 2020.

3. Memorial Internal Grant: SSHRC Explore (February Competition): The original deadline to submit grant applicaitons through the Researcher Portal was Monday, Feb. 3. The new deadline is Friday, Feb. 7. See: https://www.hss.mun.ca/funding/opportunities/2397
