New - Research IT Advisory Group for Memorial

There is a new online submission process for members of the research community requesting IT assistance. Research Initiatives and Services, the Office of the Chief Information Officer, ACENET and other research IT service providers from across the university have partnered to collaboratively improve IT support to researchers. At the recommendation of the Research IT Committee of Memorial’s IT Governance and Collaboration Framework, a Research IT Advisory Group, which consists of a multi-unit team, has been created to review and advise on research-related IT requests. The group will review requests and connect researchers with the appropriate IT service(s) and identify gaps in services. Requests can be submitted here.
