Updating Information

Saved edits and new projects are viewable in the dashboard immediately. However they will only publish to the Showcase nightly.

Project Status

A project can have one of three statuses: unpublished, published, and archived.

  • Unpublished - indicates a showcase entry that is either saved as a current draft, or has been saved and hasn't been published by the site administrator.
  • Published - a showcase entry with published status will appear in the full listing of projects and throughout the showcase. Published projects can continue to be edited and updated without needing 'republishing'. Site administrators briefly review new projects for affiliation with HSS, and conduct basic editorial checks (such as confirming website and social media links work) on new projects prior to publishing.
  • Archived - projects that have concluded, or for researchers who are no longer affiliated with HSS, are archived. These projects continue to appear on the site, but are not listed in the main showcase itself. Both site administrators and users can archive a project.
Development Notes & Assistance

More functionalities are planned. If you wish to remove a project, or have any other questions or issues, please email hssresearchgrants@mun.ca.
